OOPS... |
I forgot to update TL this morning and there is a new PR to add, which could produce another large quake and it is hitting me that it could be Turkey again. A third large quake within range of the other two; 7.8 and 7.1. Only I suspect this quake to be larger based on the intensity of the bottom of the right foot pain I reported some time back in time. To anyone in Turkey, this is a serious possibility and you should look for other signs to guide your actions. >LS-NORTH SAN FRANCISICO TO TIP OF ALEUTIANS/+4.8 at S.F./50% Funny, Seattle got battered by high winds yesterday and this PR goes out of critical at midnight. Something funny has been going on...at least, in my mind. The site which carries the U.S. Jet Stream map was hacked into and their maps were blocked from view. I know because I wrote them and got that answer back. At the same time, Holy and Stan Deyo report that their site and hacked and certain sections blocked. Bob, weren't you hacked as well? Could we be hitting closer to home than they like? By my not seeing the jet stream, I have no idea where might the "contrail stuff" may be heading in pushing up or down weather. If this is, in fact, what they have been doing. I look to see. >TR-FAR NORTHEAST/+4.6/50% Canie said Ridgecrest swarm may pick up activity around Mammoth. She could be right when TR comes into critical at midnight, but I need to get one more symptom to know with high certainity. >RS-NORTHRIDGE TO SAN JOSE/4.4/50% Since 7:00 this morning: 1.4 2000/01/17 07:22:38 35.897N 117.673W 16.6 30 km (19 mi) SE of Coso Junction, CA Follow Ups: ● Diane--Agree on Turkey - candlestick 15:34:37 - 1/17/2000 (2264) (1) ● Re: Turkey-Alert - Diane 19:40:14 - 1/17/2000 (2272) (0) |
