Konnichiwa Zishinmimi-san. A couple of years ago I watched a special on NHK-TV that was about the reverse land movement in the Tokai area. Since then I haven’t seen anymore about that. I talked to a Japanese seismologist at the AGU in San Francisco, but he said he didn’t know anymore about the movement then what he saw on the TV.

While talking to the seismologist he did express some concern about the sudden decrease in movement in the Kanto Plains area. He felt that this area should be of prime concern for people living there.
