Hi All, I learned of KB's prediction from a real estate broker who was concerened that home prices would plummet after the "big one" occured in September. She is an example of someone who did not seek further information before engaging mouth. By making these predictions open to the public in a scientific manner, I would hope it would make the public more aware and interested in helping to find a way to predict quakes with some accuracy. Science advances by sharing and learning from mistakes or errors in predictions. I hope that if the awaited quake falls outside the window by a month or two, people will still realize the accuracy of the prediction. I hope information is collested after the quake in the area it occures in as to any unusual occurances preceding the quake by some 72 hours. This would include the lost animals, tones, illness, sounds, lights, etc. we sometimes discount offhandedly but show some success. These might be used to more closely pinpoint a quake predicted for a large area. Hindsight can have some value. Bob in Woodland Hills
