Seems that a quake is getting ready to occur in the not too distant future. I haven't been able to check secondaries, and I'm not getting any indications from my primary, but I have been getting interference on the TV all day long. Either this storm is going to be a whopper or we've got a good M5+ quake coming in southern/central California. Seeing that the rain is over 5 hours late already, I'm opting for a quake that is keeping the rain out of the area. BTW, this interference is similar to what was reported prior to Kobe.
