I do take seismology seriously, and could be entertained by a good spoof, as you are probably trying to do here. The lack of performance or even existence of your predictions stand in stunning contrast to your bold claims of unprecedented success.

It's not a humorous joke to accuse scientists of letting thousands of people die needlessly, however. Here in LA we take quakes seriously; we're not in Kansas where the threat is theoretical.
