Don, I live just west of the SeaTac Airport over looking the Puget Sound at about 400 ft above sealevel. My house built in 1957 has been creeking and groaning again since a little before the first of May. I remember as a little kid living down closer to the sound hearing the house at that time make noise almost all the time.
