Hi Chris. There was a M>5.1 with a depth of 12.75Km on 1978/08/13 at 34.3470 -119.6960, which just a little to the south of the most recent quake. That quake had around a hundred aftershocks in the first 3 days following the quake. Most of them were in the M>2.0+ range. Here is a very small sampling of the quakes before and after the main event. Note the depth of the main even. Most of the aftershocks were closer to the surface then the main event. Take Care…Don in creepy town 1978/07/10 19:34:08.92 34.3123 -119.7630 1.09 2.70 Mc 42 0.00 CI 0 1978/07/17 15:52:51.53 34.4107 -120.2098 5.00 2.00 Mc 9 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 22:54:53.42 34.3470 -119.6960 12.75 5.10 Mc 133 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:01:01.73 34.3655 -119.7487 10.50 2.70 Mc 34 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:02:46.59 34.3697 -119.7500 11.12 3.00 Mc 33 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:06:19.96 34.3703 -119.7603 10.44 2.60 Mc 24 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:06:58.61 34.3972 -119.7763 5.12 2.30 Mc 16 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:08:28.26 34.3783 -119.7617 9.74 3.10 Mc 31 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:09:21.66 34.3685 -119.7703 1.40 2.30 Mc 12 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:10:10.30 34.3933 -119.7857 4.10 2.80 Mc 18 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:10:34.22 34.3865 -119.7467 5.26 3.50 Mc 10 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:11:02.73 34.3647 -119.7597 9.29 3.40 Mc 36 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:11:09.19 34.3718 -119.7503 2.63 3.60 Mc 21 0.00 CI 0 1978/08/13 23:15:03.59 34.3755 -119.7580 4.61 3.00 Mc 36 0.00 CI 0
