Well, that's as clear as mud. I had some weird idea that you had some kind of scale and all you had to do was match the material on the scale and wa la, the question would be answered.

I know there are a lot of fence sitters out there on ear tone research, but just for the record, three of us here in the Bay Area reported ear tones going back as far as a month ago with 5 reports of tones that matched the distance for this quake. So none of us were surprised. As a rule, but not necessarily a hard and fast one, if the quakes do not emerge within ten days, but same distance tones keep coming, it usually means a larger quake is in the offing and this one was a little bit bigger than some of the others of late.

We may not be Ms. Keilis Borok's up here, but we knew.
