| M3.2 south of Malibu |
I guess we should wait for more confirmation, but the California EQ map shows a 3.2 located 7 km south of Malibu. I have been working today on a manuscript on the onshore-offshore Santa Monica fault. But, this quake is probably beneath (in the footwall of) this fault......There seem to have been quite a few ~~M3 quakes in this general area the last few weeks...worth keeping an eye on.... |
