Hi Don,
Creep at the SJB site started a few hours after the decline of tensor strain at the nearby monitoring site (late on March 21st). It looks like the creep picked-up in intensity later in the 20 hour time frame after the tensor strain decline.
The decline in tensor strain and creep occurred 6 days after the USGS 4.3 listed quake in San Juan Bautista.
