Mary-can you be (much) more specific about offsets of parking garage? While the spings bubbling sounded possible, something visible in the parking garage does not on that fault. I used to live in a student apartment complex built between the strands of the More Ranch fault in Goleta CA. I kept checking lines of cracks, but never did see any changes. But, a pretty big crack went through the whole basement floor of an 8 floor building....one of the 2 story apartments had a history of the floor folding, a pipe breaking......could be just moisture content of fault zone.....
