Seems there is a reent increase in Central/South America earthquakes and I'm curious about a couple of things.
One, I wonder if there is a relationship or connection to New Madrid system and, two, is there a possible relationship, meaning or significance to earthquake 'clusters' running sort if in a 'line' from South/Cenral America through California (with a few in the midwest now), Indonesia, Middle East and Gibralter.
I would like to hear if there are any ideas, theories, or data. Thanks.
