Hi EQF. Whether it was the collapse of mines that killed most of the people or not is immaterial. They didn’t predict the quake.

All earthquake predictions in China are to be made through the SSB. If not the person (s) making them can go to prison. When ever you have different groups of people making predictions for one area or another it doesn’t take a rocket scientist long to figure out you don’t have the resources to cover all of the areas that are being predicted.

What you have just learned is what others and I have known about for years. I suggest you start learning instead of trying to develop a computer program to do this or that. A computer is no better then the material that is put into it.

What you call politics is nothing more then testing a theory and then retesting it to insure it works. Then you let others use it to see if they can do the same thing. Before anything can be accepted it has to be proven to work and that proof is the burden of the person making the claims. It’s not up others to prove it doesn’t work.
