Roger, my post a little way up told you what file gave the format. But, I'm pretty wordy, so here it is again:

Maybe once and for all we should determine whether there is anything to this-but we can take our time soing this. I'd want to reread the relevant part of Lowell's thesis and see if we can reproduce something
