Most West Coast types have been more interested in smaller quakes, thus above median dips.

My interest has been in how to predict 6M and greater quakes, and I am really intrigued about the regularity of correlation with dips below the
median, especially around two marks below. At this point, however, I can see the technology is so advanced that I am going to bow out and let EDQ and his buddies pursue the other aspects of this. I do hope there are some directional aspects that are reliable enough to give regional warnings.
