I didn't see the inital prediction - but you say the quake(s) were less magnitude and arrived later than expected, but is nearly the right spot - right? I would wonder just how many days late and how much less... Maybe due to the distance, some sort of adjustment needs to be made? So the longer the tone, the mag drops and the time dialates? Something like that...
