I just got a 99 Explorer. I still haven't figured out all of those gadgets, but the salesman specifically told me "don't touch the 4 wheel drive knob by accident." I know one of these day I'll have to use the rear windshield wiper on the opposite side and I pray I don't hit the 4 wheel drive knob by accident! ooops! He said it would scour the pavement if I was moving at the time. I don't plan on seeing if he was right.

But its not as much fun as my Miata. No zooming around corners for sure. Then without convertible features and a roll bar, not good for that either. But useful it is and for camping, perfect.
