Thanks, Canie. This has probably been the best BD ever. Lots of love from family and friends, and my health is definitely on the rise. (Watch out Don. There is a sashimi dinner in our future.)

I can even work out again. I've always been tall and thin, but now I can be tall, thin, and toned again. Watch out, world. Plus, I've been able to write again. I'm climbing out of the abyss at last!

Which means you might see less of me on this board for a while. Probably a blessing for some ... :-)

In the meantime, I'm going to watch the new Springsteen 'Live in Barcelona' cd one of my daughters got me. Whee.
