I don't need PERL. TrueBasic can do almost anything, including opening and closing files.

I don't need to run other programs so that's not a problem.

I finally got Shan's predictions all run but haven't done the math on them yet. it looks offhand that he's just hitting the highly probable ones so his significance may be too low.
