Since the correspondence under the latest Earth and Sun Digest is getting lost, I thought I would do a set trying to follow the sequence: solar electron graph under graph median dip, big quake follows in one to three hours.

Current dip was at 6 PM UTC, a Kuril 5.9 followed at 9:30 PM UTC.

There was also a foreshock about two hours before the above.

Note: I caught this on hindsight, which demonstrates the problem of too short an interval.
