Hi All. I’m really quite surprised that Petra saw as much as she did. It seems to me that she either had her hands over her eyes, or was in the back seat curled up in a tight little ball with the blanket over her head. She had quit hollowing at me about 300 miles back. I’m sure she thought I was ignoring her, but the truth is, is that she blew my right eardrum out.

One of the few times she was cool, calm and collective was when she asked me to find a spot where she could go to the little girls room. Like there is a gas station around every corner on Sonora Pass. I managed to find one of those little roadside parks that had some of those solar powered outhouses. At least I think they were solar powered. I didn’t tell her about seeing the bear about a mile back on the road we just came down on. I didn’t want a wet seat. Anyway Petra was in no danger. Not sure about the bear though. He could have been in a lot of trouble had she seen him. Anyway when she got back in the vehicle she curled up under her blanket as usual. Didn’t hear another word out of her until we got to some town in the valley.

There’s got to be a story somewhere about Petra and her adventures not to mention her mishaps like gluing her fingers together and spraying room deodorant on herself thinking it was a body deodorant just to name a few. Never a dull moment with Petra. Take Care…Don in creepy town
