That's EFU, unless you are either under the table already or referring to Vietnamese males with unfortunate given names when pronounced phonetically in English. (Common problem in VN adoptions and immigrants.)

I have a friend who teaches in the inner city (L.A.) where many of the boys in her school are named Phuc. Put together with some of their surnames and middle names, it can get positively Dong Hai.

The sinage in Ha Noi can also be amusing, but that's another story.
