M3.8 at Lake Edwards, East African rift

My East African prediction is still a miss, but not as bad a miss as I posted above. There was a M3.8 at the north end of the west branch of the east African rift (is that enough directions for you) on Nov 2. This is within my short (48 hour) time window, is within my very large area window, but is short on magnitude (I called for a M5+). So, is this meaningful? I don't know, but it is the only east African quake (or only african quake period) listed for an extended period. Does anyone have access to an African catalogue? GeoForecasters would call this an AAC quality prediction-A on date, A on location (but the predict vastly smaller locations) and maybe C on magnitude.....) John-Yeah, you right, thanks for the correction. I did that in my head and not all my neurons are connected. Chris
