EQF; If by subsolar and sublunar points you mean the point on earth where the sun or moon is overhead, that's no big deal. Subsolar is just wherever it's noon local time. Sublunar can be determined from the sun-moon angle. The 90 degree region is a circle 90 degrees from either point. I imagine astrologers could figure these centuries ago.
