Hi Cathryn, (EFU)

Well, I think it was worth it. I was pruning trees yesterday for the elderly lady I do gardening for and I had such horrid pains in my neck and shoulders and it felt like fire. So thinking I was going to take an adventure to relax I headed up north to catch the ethers at Squaw Rock. The drive didn't help, so when I got home I took the only thing that can relax muscles that I had in the house. It worked. LOL

I can't thank you enough for initiating these random acts of kindness and I find it truly humbling to receive gifts from people I don't know. Yesterdays mail included something from Tulsa, OK.

Thank you very much for all of the kindness you have shown me. One day I will be in the position to help someone else and will be more than willing to do my part to be the sender rather than the receiver.
