My younger son, who lives in San Diego, drove up here in the nick of time. He almost didn't get out, so many roads were closed. His car was covered with ash. He also has terrible asthma, and the smoke was killing him.

I feel for all you S. Californians. What a mess the cleanup will be. I especially feel for anyone who lost their home or worse, a loved one.

What a tragedy. Fires are tres scary..
