I correlated days of flares - and what class (c,m,x) and quakes 6.5 and over for 6 years. (Jan 96 - 12/31/01) I choose this range because it included time before the solar maximum and some time after...

I was looking for large quakes as a result of flare activity. I tried just x class and then x & m combined, and a few other iterations...

I got the data from the noaa site for the flares and probably used usgs/neic for the quake data.
I still have all the data...
