Where is a santa cruz prediction ? It has been a little active up there today...

I'd be interested in Martin's methodology too - so far as I can tell he just looks for areas of small quake activity, assumes its foreshock activity and posts a prediction - ie: albania, vanatu, San Bernadino, etc
