Hi all!

I refer the any one of following place in the order of preference, quakes with extra
ordinary magnitude (8 to 9M) may occur within 48 to180 hours from 10 AM IST on 18th Oct. 2003

A) SOUTHWESTERN SIBERIA (50.0N 87.7E)
B) HOKKAIDO, JAPAN (42.7N 144.6E)
C) KERMADEC ISLANDS (30.4S 177.2W)

with =+/ - 3 to 5 degree tolerance with my equipment of half-scale and a small pencil.

8 to 9M...Ha..Ha.. making joke? May be.. But it is my duty to convey my experience.. that's all!

Inspite of fixing of creteria of making prediction, as a lay man closed my ears but opened
my eyes and smelt this quake this morning. I would like to give the probability too, but
unable to mention it due to the following reasons:

1. Yesterday I unable to take the reading at a particular time.
2. Today inspite of slight diffused sunshine I have registered this reading.
3. But unable to judge the right magnitude, since its depending upon tomorrow's sunshine,
and I will moving away from my home.

Inspite of the above, considering the shape of the precursor registered today, which
seems to be similar but more devastating one than reported as 'Rat Island 7.5M' by me and the
quake occurred at Hokkaido and S/W Siberia on 25th & 28th Sept.03 respectively. As said in
the 'Rat Island' prediction, today I am unable to justify whether it is double or single quake
due to the reason mentioned above.

Any how today earth influenced by strong forces which will induce many strong quakes shortly.

Another around 6 to 6+M quake may be occur at ANDREANOF ISLANDS (51.8N 175.5W) within
48 to180 hours from 10 AM IST on 17th Oct. 2003.
