The latest version of the distance graph program is on it's way, Chris.

This one uses a huge dataset and allows you to inpout sizes and search duration. It's slow because it searches the big file repeatedly. (Yes, I could make it faster/better if there was a good enough reason).

Anyway, the FFA peaks can get really pronounced depending on the input parameters so the subject deserves a bigger study IMHO.
