It seems I'm a little behind in my reading here.

I tend to agree with Chris on this one - I think its always good to question what is said - this is how the scientific community works. Until something is a proven fact, there is always room for comment.

When you have a new idea to present, you first give all your data sources, present figures, calculations, how models were programmed or made, etc, etc - its VERY natural in the scientific community to question, share, doubt and then go forward. I don't think there is much emotion in the questions, just clean questions.

I don't see anything that has been out of line in john or chris's posts - This board would be meaningless if we all just heartily agreed with anything posted.

Its the questions that forward discoveries - let's keep them coming.
