There were three M6 and larger earthquakes in a 10 1/2 hour period yesterday and today. Must be the equinox (kidding). These were Dominican Republic, a transform on Mid Atalantic ridge, and Myanmar. FFA map anyone? There seems to me to have been these clusters of 2 or 3 M6s over the last half year. Anyone want to plot occurence of M6s for the last year? Just time vs number of M6s.....(aftershocks in the immediate area of larger quakes could be removed.......I'm supposed tgo be working on a paper but went on a nice tranquil sail all by myself-just me and my mini-cooler....Chris
