According to the EQ CLOUD website, the cloud I saw this morning is for off coast of Kanto(near Tokyo),M4-5+,in 24 hours.And the other one(M7) is for 200-300k off coast of Tohoku(north of Honshu).
So Yes, if anything...Tsunami possibility I guess.
I'm afraid I'm not able to give more information about the other side of Pacific Ocean(your area) apart from FM OPEN(I'm not good at Tech) since I'm just a beginner in this area(Cloud,Electro magnetic etc.). Generally my interest is more Prophecy based,and that's why I started this,more visible things.To give warnings to people,I found Prophecies,Predictions&dreams are the hardest to tell people and to work out the exact Time in this world. I just feel as many others feel that we have to watch the activity intensely till May next year,this time. I'm hoping that the EQs which supposed to happen in the world become milder or as harmless as possible with helping hands behind the scene.
And I hope I don't sound like a nut case.
