12/22 is the only day the quake above could occur and have both a matching PR and S+ SP and continue to follow the rules laid down since February 1994.

However, something has changed in my getting or not getting TL spikes. I don't know if the change is in me or in the source. I suspect it is the source and the period of warning is now beginning to over lap with the period of no or false warnings.
