EQF, Do you consider the ocean response as well as the solid Earth tide? Do you consider the agreement between the tidal stresses and the regional sense of tectonic deformation? Are your windows only a few hours long? My impression is your answers to each of the questions are no, and I am suggesting these are serious shortcomings to your method. Just my opinion.
