Thanks too to you. To answer your question about my interest in India, well I've lived here for most of my adult and professional life - more than 25 years - and am passionately involved. I came to the subject of earthquakes in rather an unusual way which I won't go into now. Mainly I write on subjects like art and culture, their relationship with politics, science, gender and so forth. I have turned to the film medium in recent times and am tying up with a couple of people in the west. The politics of earthquake prediction is certainly a rivetting train of thought.
