Hi, I'm about 200 km now from a M3.6 offshore east of Boston, yesterday morning. Did not feel it....The seismologist that I work with in lives an hour north of Lamont in NY and had an F2 tornado not too far from his house. Must be related. OK, not really-statistics of small numbers-watch out for that.....There is a roaring noise in the background here-that for a change is not the freight trains near the house-it is the ocean swell where I am now.
