I generated my own copies of FAA maps for both the China and Indian Ocean earthquake and used a drawing program to overlay them. And it appears that each earthquakes falls within an active ring area of the other earthquake. So, it would appear that the RingMap program did in fact indicate where that China earthquake could occur.
