Hi all! NEIC published the following result: 2003/06/30 20:42:09 6.85S 29.77E 25.7 4.6 LAKE TANGANYIKA REGION In this case expected magnitude reached in the expected time window. But the location differs by +1.25 in Lat and +6.0 in Long. Though many of the experts did not convinced with this result I am convinced since the tool of the research is involved only with a half-scale, wall, pencil, a digital clock with sunlight. Meanwhile the result of my prediction over Northern Algeria (http://www.earthwaves.org/wwwboard/messages/18976.html) was not yet reached. The type of precursor to this item was registered at my OBS was very unusual as stated in my message vide http://www.earthwaves.org/wwwboard/messages/18978.html, hence I think normal way of my decoding process may not applicable here. Meantime I have registered a good precursor for Hokkaido Japan quake (5.9M) this morning and it teaches me a good lesson again. Shan 3rd July 03
