I have both the Windows Internet Explorer browsers and Netscape browsers on my computer. (And I recommend that people who want to do Web site development work give the free Netscape Web page development program a try.) Unfortunately I just recently got the Netscape browser running or I might have been able to solve this problem immediately. And this is where it can help if you are an Internet expert which I am not. Windows Explorer has a Tools "Internet Options" setting called "Access data sources across domains." And if it is set to "Disable" as mine was then it appears that your browser will not download a file on a remote Web site which usually represents another domain. I discovered that by accident, reset the control, and it now works. The files download without any problems. Question: Is that chart in the previous post displaying properly for other people? It should have a tan color and fairly sharp detail. Progress. Research marches on!
