Hi All,

I was advised today that the water heater issue will be voted on by the full Assembly in Sacramento tomorrow. This is a very exciting moment and I hope the results are positive.

I decided when this matter started to have some life not to feel let down if it did not pass because in the process, I believe the ripple on the pond effect will have been generated. There will be more informed people than before, some will be motivated to share what they learned and so all will not be lost if it does not pass.

I like the words, "you cannot succeed or fail, if you do not try." Success is measured in many forms in life and to me trying to make life safer for 5.2 million people without any profit whatsoever is important to me. I hope tomorrow it will be important to others as well who hold the welfare of these California's in their hands.
