Didn't want to leave you hanging out there without a response, but I don't know anyone who has ever had your experience before, so I have nothing to draw upon.

This is what goes around in my little gray cells:
1. How far were you from the Sylmar quake?
2. Suppose you used concentric circles from your place outward. So in other words, if its within 40 miles of your house its a 5, if 80 miles its a 6, and if 120 miles its a 7?
3. Are you getting any gut instincts that keep taking you back to one place?

You know from your house you can hit about every major fault in the Bay Area. This indeed makes it quite difficult to discern one from another. One tough job for sure.

So, did you sleep yet? How are the dogs? I had a talk with the boys and they've been really good and now both of them are sleeping on the other side of the bed. I can just imagine the two of them talking and saying, "man, she's one mean little momma when she's tired."
