I understand perfectly well what you're saying. But what you don't know is that I have studied every possible astronomical configuration, especially the sun-moon angle at the time of quakes and found no significant correlation.

I say that's correct. The probability is 21% based on just those data. But that proves nothing about causality. Neither can you say with any degree of confidence that the NEXT quake will be within that range.
