EMSC reported the following:

25Mar2003 18:51:26.5 27.5N 89.4E 33 MS=4.8 M GSR BHUTAN

In this case expected result was not reached this time in magnitude
as well the location but time window matched.

But many cases were matched in all respects if you watch and analyse
my website on regular basis.
