My biggest problem with the CEA policies (and I think they're about the only game in town in california) is a little clause that is worded something like: If we don't have enough funds to cover damages, then we can come back to all our insured and take more money to cover our losses.

That is such an open ended statement and clause that it makes me think I'll be paying the CEA in the case of an earthquake, not the other way around.
