I know you called for a M>4.0 or better, but not sure if I can deliver that. The Mammoth Lakes area has always shown some fairly strong activity after a quake in the Mexico area so lets go with a M>3.5 to M>4.5 at 37.5997N/118.8697W. This is about 10 miles west of Toms Place. It should occur on 01/30/2003. The window will open on 01/28/2003 and will close on 02/01/2003. The radius on this will be 25 miles.
