BTW, there was a usenet predicion (posted 17 Jan) for the same location (Oax., Mex)looking for a Mag.6.9 peak mag. Looks like it missed by quite a bit and 400 miles.

It's interesting though that Oaxaca is about half way between Guatemala and Colima.... Wonder what the odds are on a pick which landed between two good sized shakers?
