Excellent questions and comments, Petra. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for an answer. EQF has a long history of ignoring your questions and responses. There seem to be only certain people on this list he responds to, and if you're not among them, you are wasting your time.

I has absolutely no history, that I can recall, with EQF. Just noticing a trend that doesn't seem altogether unbiased.

EQF, if you'd care to respond to my observations, I, for one, would be happy to be proven wrong.
