Hi 2 cents. We could see some activity in Parkfield, San Juan Bautista, Livermore, San Francisco, off the Coast of Oregon and as far north as Vancouver Island. This should start on or about 10/12/2002 and last to about 10/19/2002 maybe a little longer.

The areas for Southern California would be the Gulf of California, San Diego and the area around the San Gabriel Mountains with the same time frame.

For the Bay Area the magnitude shouldn’t be much higher then M>5.0. Could be a little higher off the Coast of Oregon.

For Southern California not much more then M>4.0.

Parkfield is the only area that I’m a little nervous with. I’m not really expecting anything major there, but then again I wouldn’t be to surprised if there were.
