Hi Randall. Clarification please. When you refer to the LA Basin ECFZ are you referring to the Eastern California Shear Zone? I can find no reference to LA Basin ECFZ. The only reference I can find for ECFZ is El Cautivo Fault Zone (ECFZ) in Eastern Spain and the East Cache Fault Zone (ECFZ) in Utah. Also what is the location of the Mammoth and Long Valley EHZ sensors? All I can find are ten VHZ and one VLZ. Also I feel I must say that I don’t see anything different with the waveforms at Long Valley Caldera. They continue to remain tectonic in nature with the exception of some harmonic tremors that occurred late in 1997. I think it may help if you explain the use of dfft. I know it has to do with algorithm programs, but also with the Chinese culture.
